I was about to say that as well. I skipped the entirety of this "Revised" Version and got the Napoleonic set. The Napoleonic set actually DOES include some of the ideas from the Revised version and has those rules along with the classic rules in it.
However, for those who are looking for the Revised version with upgraded componennts...it DOES cost more...
