My favourite vampire story is Stephen King's Salem's Lot. I didn't like the Anne Rice series.
Dracula is superb, a classic. One of the few terror/fantasy/SF books included by Harold Bloom in his Western Canon.
I bought most of the Fantasy Masterworks used on Amazon.co.uk. or in Abebooks.com. Some, even for 0.01 GBP in great condition.
