Not sure what your budget is, but I'd say buying a lot on eBay, or buying or trading for a Master Set here, would be your best bets. And check out Miniature Market — they still have waves 1, 8 and D1-3 for a pretty reasonable price. Amazon still has single booster packs and the Orm's Return large figure set.
