CD sleeves are the way to go if you feel the need to sleeve these, but Heroscape is not a game in which cards are shuffled nor held in the hand. Typically they are handled for a few moments at most during setup, then set flat on the table for the bulk of the game, and handled for a few moments more during clean-up. I've never sleeved my Heroscape cards and none of them show any signs of wear, even the original Master Set cards from 2004. CD sleeves might actually make it harder to fit the cards into tight table real estate, depending on where you play....the odd shape of the cards makes them sort of puzzle-piece together in a nice way.

If I were to use any sort of protection/storage sleeving, I'd probably go with a CD storage booklet instead of the sleeves....that way players could flip through the book, select their army, and pull out the cards individually, further reducing the already minimal card handling.
