Just played a quick game, and came across the question about the Ork devastator weapon.Reading through the (English language) rule book the devastator is not mentioned except in the fluffy story at the bottom of each page. Brother Kanner carries the plasma gun which is later referred to by the Sergeant as the devastator. I haven't seen a plasma gun described as a devastator elsewhere in Space Crusade or in Warhammer 40,000 but it makes sense as no further weapons rules are provided within the game.
Regarding the secondary missions, I have always played such that only the primary mission is described at the beginning of the game. The secondary mission may be described to the Marine players during the game but equally it may not.
